Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order/registration, please notify us by email at sec_gen@ascp.co.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations will not be accepted once services have been initiated, accessed, or delivered.
ASCP reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.



2. Refunds

Refund requests will be processed only if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
In cases of technical issues such as duplicate payments or transaction errors, please contact us immediately. After verification, the excess payment will be refunded.


Non-Refundable Items/Services

Fees for services already delivered or accessed are non-refundable.
Registration or subscription fees (if applicable) are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
